Building Bridges to Romania

ABURY is working with crafts communities in three different countries until now: Romania.
As everything started in Morocco, ABURY has continued to explore crafts across borders - from Ecuador to Romania.
In 2015 the Romanian Chairs Collection by ABURY Designer Emiliya Ivanova was launched. In fact it is a result of various strong forces working together. From the first idea to the last finishing stitch. A long journey involving people, thoughts, emotions and impact. Usually hidden behind the seams of the product, invisible to the person calling it their own. This video gives an insight into how the idea of the first Romanian Collection was born:
