The ABURY Hospitality Academy Marrakech

In Morocco, young women are particularly affected by unemployment, while the tourism sector simultaneously suffers from an acute shortage of skilled workers. This is precisely where AHAM comes in: it specifically qualifies young women aged 18 to 25 for entry into the hotel and catering industry.

Over nine months, participants acquire practical knowledge in kitchen, service, and housekeeping, as well as English, digital, and leadership skills. Through internships with partners such as 25hours Hotels, NENI Restaurants, and the École hôtelière de Lausanne, genuine professional prospects are created, extending beyond their first job.
