With your contribution, you enable a girl to spend an entire year in the Teenage Girls Club – with regular meetings, workshops, and joint activities.

Here, she learns to use her voice, work in a team, try new things, and develop more self-confidence step by step.

The ABURY Teenage Girls Club

In many rural regions of Morocco, girls still have significantly fewer educational opportunities than boys, often due to long distances to school, chores at home, or dropping out early. It is not a lack of talent, but a lack of opportunity.

That is exactly where the ABURY Teenage Girls Club comes in: since 2023, girls between the ages of 13 and 19 have been meeting regularly, accompanied by a dedicated local mentor, to learn how to speak confidently, work together, and empower one another. There are now two clubs, in Douar Anzal and Ait Ourir, with over 30 girls.
