The ABURY Girls Gearing Up Academy

Globally, women remain severely underrepresented in leadership positions, and this gap often begins during the teenage years. When young girls lack role models and support during this formative phase, a great deal of potential simply remains untapped.

This is exactly where the ABURY Girls Gearing Up Academy comes in: an intensive, week-long leadership academy that brings together teenage girls from all over the world. Workshops, practical challenges, visits to inspiring organizations, and personal mentoring provide the participants with exactly what they need: self-confidence, practical skills, and a strong network.

With a full scholarship, you enable a young woman to participate in the academy. At the end of the week, she goes home not only with new knowledge but with a strengthened sense of her own mission and the courage to take on responsibility.
