This official ABURY Girls Gearing Up Academy T-shirt was developed in collaboration with alumni of the Leadership Academy and professional female designers. Young women who were themselves part of the Academy contributed their ideas, values and visions, thereby designing the T-shirt for the next generation. The fresh ocean blue symbolises hope, courage and new perspectives, whilst the slogan “THE TIME IS NOW” on the back serves as a reminder: change begins right NOW.

This T-shirt was created during a design workshop for the ABURY Girls Gearing Up Academy 2026. Former participants worked together to develop the designs for the girls who will follow in their footsteps, a true co-creation project brimming with creativity, solidarity and mutual inspiration.

The result is more than just a garment. It is a symbol of what can be achieved when young women share their ideas, empower one another and shape the future together.
