INDIAN MASALA CHAI
What is more comforting, more soothing and more delicious than (well, maybe as delicious as) chocolate when the coats are getting longer and the days are getting shorter? I can think of one thing and that is tea!
Drinking the Indian Masala Chai by ManuTeeFaktur is a sensual explosion. It is not only incredibly tasty, but the tea also tells a beautiful story. Manu himself is half Indian, half German, and every single step of the making process of the tea is done by his very own hands: From cutting fresh ginger, grinding salt and mixing the ingredients to labelling the jars.

For Indian Masala Chai there are no fixed recipes and no fixed preparation method. Thus, each family chooses their own ingredients and method and therefore has their own chai tradition. Every recipe is unique and so is Manu's tea. He lets us sneak a peek into his ManuTeaLaboratory and shows us what truly handmade tea looks like.
